During my time as a counselor, I served in various areas of the mental health areas: my practicum and internship at North Mississippi Medical Center, Behavior Health Unit Acute A, 2007 and 2008, Community Health Day-Treatment programs, Home Visits, School-Based Therapy, Private Practice, Employee  Assistance Programs, Critical Incidents for Several Insurance Companies in MS and TN, and various areas of Ministry.

My counseling is heavily focused on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.  Although, I also take the eclectic approach to the individual as a whole to better meet the individual needs.

The primary areas of therapy is geared toward anxiety & stress disorders, mood disorders, and behavior modification.

My name is Lauren Reynolds and I  graduated from The University of Mississippi in 2021.  During my time there I obtained my BSW and later passed my ASWB.

I am now a LSW currently working on finishing my masters program. I obtained case management experience at Faith Haven Shelter for Children here in Northeast Mississippi.  I have also shadowed a LCSW while at Faith Haven giving me a glimpse into mental health.

My passion is to help all individuals, families, and communities meet their best potential.  I love working with both individuals, families, and group settings.  My services include:  case management, basic assessments, support and educational groups, and Problem solving interventions.
